Truss rod cover
I ordered an engraved truss rod cover for one of my lp custom shops and it was aligned wrong. When I placed the order I typed specific instructions on how I wanted it oriented. When I messaged to let them know they argued with me about it and wouldn’t refund/make a new one. The customer service is absolutely horrible!!! They said there were no instructions. I was very specific when I typed them out so there either was a glitch in the ordering system or they are lying either way I did not get what I ordered and they blamed the mistake on me. The customer service here is an absolute joke save your money and order from a reputable business!!! ADMIN- the customer order was for a right handed engraved text. He was upset when it was arrived as right handed. Apparently he meant to choose vertical. We offered to remake it a cost even though it was his mistake but that wasn't good enough.
