- Scratch resistant glossy top surface
- Truss rod covers are made from a phenolic(dark brown) material with a glossy top surface. Approx. 1/16"(1.7mm) thick. Multi-ply material isn't available.
Please follow instructions before placing your order!
- Find an image you would like. Try and find the highest resolution image possible. Minimum should be at least 500 pixels by 500 pixels for a good quality product.
- Please don't pre-crop the image. The part of the image you would like to use should, ideally, be in the center of the image. Look at your image and think about how you want the image to fit the product. We can rotate and skew the image slightly to make it fit. Be very descriptive in explaining the part of the image you would like to be used on the truss rod cover.

I sent them a photo file of my Vietnam Service ribbon and they put it on a new truss rod cover. It looks great.

Couldn't Get Right
First time - Sent camera-ready artwork with colors and my name. Product received was exactly what I had ordered; however, I had made a mistake with the colors as well as the type size of my name. So, I corrected the colors and type size in my artwork, and then submitted a new order. Second time - The colors were perfect per my specs, but the type size was still too big-it was the same size I had sent in earlier, and not the new, much smaller size. Final product - colors are perfect, but my name is still so big that the first and last letters of my full name touch the truss rod screws; there should be plenty blank space (.25 or .125 of an inch) between the letters and the screws. I set this up with the graphic that I submitted with the second order. So at this point, with no one else being able to do such a simple request, either online or local shops, I've had to reinstall the guitar's old blank truss rod cover and learn to live with it, as I am not going to continue throwing money at it. Instead of 0 stars, I am giving 3 stars because of the correct colors and durability of the product.
