Use this precision made aluminum sanding block for putting a radius on a fingerboard or leveling frets. These nicely machined aluminum radius sanding beams are just the ticket to fine tune and get things consistent on newly made fret boards or when touching up instruments. I'm glad I bought one and will likely end up with additional units in other radiuses over time.

Just what the Dr. Ordered.
I bought a 78 fretless P bass that had grooves warn in the fingerboard from what appeared to be due to the use of round wound strings. It became unplayable. I ordered this fine 7.25 radius block and some sandpaper and then gently sanded the fingerboard with this block. Now it plays better than new.

Can't be beat at this price!
I bought the 7.9" beam with a 15" radius for a Taylor re-fret. The machining here is perfect. I can't fault this product in any way. I don't have the competitor's version, but for the difference in price, I'm not going there, as I'm quite satisfied with this! Highly recommended; if you want/need some radiuses sanding beams, buy them here and save a pile of $$$ !
