Inlays not MOP
Dots on the set I received are not MOP, but instead silver paint or decals (metallic, not MOP). ADMIN - The inlays in real MOP and not a silver paint or decal.

I ordered two sets of buffalo horn pins, and out of twelve pins ,only one was close to the advertised size (they all run small). The height of the inlays on top are inconsistent as well as three pins have cracks in the MOP which in the small sized inlays just looks like unsightly defects. I wish I saw what all the other reviewers before me saw in these pins but unless they offer them without an inlay I don’t think I would order the buffalo horn again.

Purchased them for my next project. Never thought about buffalo horn pins. I think they will look great. Very nice quality and value.

Buffalo Horn Bridge Pins
These pins look and fit perfect on my Martin HD-28. They added more definition to the low notes and sweetened the highs without sounding brittle as bone pins can be. The pins I replaced were the Martin stock plastic pins.

Good fit, Great Tone
Fits snugly in my Gibson J-45 Standard. Seems to warm the tone (and crisp it up) from the standard plastic pins.
