GREAT truss rod
I used this in a laminated neck with extremely stiff wood species. I was a little worried it would be a challenge for the truss rod to bend the neck. This truss rod turned with ease. Also, this is my first time using a spoke wheel truss design, and I’m definitely never going back. Well-made, great design, great price.

Functional truss rod avoids having to cut a channel into neck.
It works, the tolerances on size are tight enough, the removable spoke wheel avoids having to cut a channel into the neck when replacing a broken truss rod. A little bit of loctite instead of glue keeps the wheel in place and can be removed later by heating with a soldering iron if needed.
