vintage Gibson truss rod cover screws
These seem like they'll work fine. They're a size that's a little different than what I can find at the local big box stores. I compared these screws to the screws holding the truss rod cover on my 53 CF-100 - The CF-100 screws are a little larger/longer. Old Gibson truss rod covers are just thin (0.040 or so) flaps of material, so these slightly shorter screws should be fine.
