These are made to fit a modern Gibson Les Paul with the stock mounting rings. Gibson mounting rings are smaller than your typical aftermarket rings so some sanding might be required if you replaced the original rings.
Historically, Gibson pickguards never perfectly matched the mounting rings. There has always been a noticeable difference, unlike modern Gibson guitars that are perfectly matched sets.
It is very hard to get a photographic representation of the actual color. Here is a brief description of the color.
Vintage White - Not actually white but a very light cream color
**Cream #1 - DISCONTINUED BY MANUFACTURER - NO LONGER AVAILABLE - darkest of the creams offered here but nowhere near as dark as the stock modern Gibson cream. It has a slight pinkish/brown tint.
Cream #2 - this is a middle-of-the-road cream. It doesn't show the pink tint but does have a very slight yellow hue when compared to Cream #1

Les Paul Modern Pickguard in Cream No.2
I purchased the Gibson Les Paul Modern Pickguard in Cream No.2 for my 2023 Gibson Les Paul Standard '60s Iced Tea and I couldn't be more impressed. The color is spot on, a warm cream with a very subtle pink undertone that matches the original almost perfectly. The screws lined up exactly, the distance between the humbuckers is identical, and the fit was flawless. The only difference I noticed is that it's slightly thicker than the original, but honestly that feels like a quality upgrade. Philadelphia Luthier Tools delivered fast and the packaging was careful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality replacement pickguard for their Les Paul.

Great fit
This pickguard is a great fit for my 2024 Gibson Les Paul. The upper mounting hole by the neck is in exactly the right place. The "vintage white" color is a good match for the vintage white Butyrate pickup mounting rings.
