I am not done with this tool. how well it works might be the subject of a future rant, we'll see. i thought i was responding to Philly Luth, and so on that front,I guess i will.... The folks at Philadelphia sent my item immediately. End of story. I get a very good feeling from this company and I will be working with them wholeheartedly in the future. The company that makes this tool wanted more for it than Philadelphia, interesting. I'll report back if anyone cares. Customer service with P. Luthier, 100% A-plus!
