Micro-Mesh is a ultra-flexible clothed backed cushioned sandpaper that will easily conform to irregular shapes. Easily out last standard sandpaper with proper use. Can be used wet to leveling and polishing finishes. Works great for polish frets and bone nuts to a super glossy jewel like finish.
Micro-Mesh produces a very consistent scratch pattern that will allow you to produce an extrodinary level of gloss when taken to 12000 grit.

micro mesh = beautiful frets
I use the fret erasers (found here) in 400 and 1000; followed by the 8000 micro mesh. that's all you need for getting frets to a mirror shine.

Stinks
So smelly, I considered a refund before learning that all micro-mesh brand sheets smell this strongly. Someone on a forum said they always smell like they were packed by a rubber-cigar chain-smoker, so it's not Philadelphia's fault. Beware that a week in my open garage didn't reduce the smell and baking soda or vinegar could clog/remove the grit, so like it or leave it.
