Gotoh Res-o-Lite open gear tuners
I installed these on an early 90's Ibanez bass with sealed tuners (GB707). Only adjustment to the headstock I had to make was to deepen the screw holes by 2~3/64" as the new mounting screws were longer than the originals. The weight savings is noticeable, and they are very smooth in operation. Excellent upgrade for GB707 where an open gear look is wanted.
