Good quality and price
These are quite handy even though I would just be using it for touch up jobs. Only gripe is that the 0.010 was bent when i inspected each file. Other than that, the product is great.

Very efficient!
I was able to file the brass saddles on an ABR bridge super quickly, was having a hard time with other tools, this file set is great, no more buzzing at the bridge from a poor job.

Nut Files
I like this set very much with one or two exceptions. .056 is rather large, would have liked to have a .052 option as well, also possibly a .008 for 12-string nuts, though that would increase the price I suppose.

Great quality files
I’ll preface this review by saying this was my first time filing a nut slot, but these files really made it easy. I was apprehensive about paying this much money, but it truly is an investment and I can tell these files should last for years to come.

Great value and a truly superb cut on bone blanks

Quality files for a quality job
As my grandpa liked to say, "There's nothing like the right tool for the job." Having tried cheaper files and finding them not up for the task, I invested in these high-quality files. Your time is worth money, and the time (and headaches) these will save you is well worth the premium price point.

Hosco 10pc file set
They are all flat. They have an approximately radiused edge under magnification--not quite 100% perfect radius but definitely not square-flat. I used them for a tune-o-matic bridge and they cut the slots I wanted, and were easy to controI. They didn't cut through the brass super fast, seems like they should have cut faster, but I was patient and careful with not being too aggressive and I got the results I wanted. They cut through graphite very easily. It has always puzzled me how basically feeler gauges with a burred edge can cost so much in general, but these files were the best value I've seen online so far, and I've stopped looking. I'm comparing this to my prior experience with saddle files which has been with high quality luthier files, modified hacksaw blades, using roughened guitar strings as files, and triangular "jewler" files.
