Great replacement, Quality Part
This is a direct replacement for Taylor, Martin, and other acoustic guitars. The bushing diameter fits most existing endpin holes. Stereo option is nice for more elaborate pickup/mic combo setups, or for switched power (plugged in turns on preamp wiring method). Jack has a solid mechanical engagement, so this is a great solution for worn out/loose jacks.

Perfect! Easy to install. High quality.
I got this to replace a faulty pre-wired harness for an LR Baggs M1 passive pickup in my new guitar. Those "brass" endpin jacks are all over eBay, Amazon, etc, and the previous owner had clearly gotten one figuring it'd be good enough. But I kept having issues with the weight of the 1/4" cable pulling the jack enough to create some issue where it cut out. Eventually, I decided to replace it with a quality part, and I ordered from Philly Luthier Tools because I'd ordered a few other things from them and they had a good price and quick shipping. They didn't let me down, an neither did Switchcraft.
