Just fine
This went on a 2004 Epiphone Elitist Les Paul. I wasn't looking for a super-accurate 'burst replica jack plate or anything like that. This one looks just fine, matches the rest of the plastic on the guitar well enough and doesn't look out of place or anything. If you want something that looks more '50s accurate, this is not your jack plate (corners are too rounded). I reused the original screws so no comment on the ones included with the plate.

The plastic jack from my 59 les paul RI broke and i thought id try the one sold from philadelphia luthier tools.Fits the guitar perfectly!Recommended!
