- Scratch resistant glossy top surface
- Truss rod covers are made from a phenolic(dark brown) material with a glossy top surface. Approx. 1/16"(1.7mm) thick. Multi-ply material isn't available.
Please follow instructions before placing your order!
- Find an image you would like. Try and find the highest resolution image possible. Minimum should be at least 500 pixels by 500 pixels for a good quality product.
- Please don't pre-crop the image. The part of the image you would like to use should, ideally, be in the center of the image. Look at your image and think about how you want the image to fit the product. We can rotate and skew the image slightly to make it fit. Be very descriptive in explaining the part of the image you would like to be used on the truss rod cover.

Std cover didn't fit Electromatic, but worked with me
It was easy to send it my artwork and Winnie worked with me by email to get the placement and background right. It arrived fast - and didn't fit my 2018 Korean-made Electromatic G5420T. My mistake - somehow, I'd missed seeing the dimensions, which fit another Gretsch model line. Kenny helped me identify the right measurements and made a new cover from a custom blank for a very reasonable extra cost. I'm very happy with the final product and the excellent customer service.

Quality product
I ordered a custom truss rod cover with a cartoon showgirl pinup (Tex Avery's Red) for my Gretsch Malcolm Young Signature (G6131-MY). It has a Style J truss rod cover and while the custom truss rod didn't quite line up perfectly (the bottom part was a bit longer), I was able to screw it in place without any issues and the end result looks fantastic. The image quality is impeccable with no discernable bleeding of the colors over the inked outlines. The customer service was also very good and provided, as promised, proof of what the end product would look like so that you, the customer, can approve it before it gets printed. Shipping to Finland was affordable and the ETA was very accurate. I would highly recommend this store for international buyers.

Good and fast, but did not fit
Overall quality is really good and shipped cross-country pretty quickly. They communicated well and made sure I was happy with it after a couple small changes before printing. Unfortunately did not fit the guitar I bought it for. Yes, the dimensions are shown, however, this was a gift and I did not have the guitar with me. So if you have a 12 string Gretsch g5422, this will not fit!

Great product
I ordered a custom truss rod cover with a cowgirl pinup girl for my Gretsch 6120 and it came if great. It fit perfectly and the image is of excellent quality. Plus, the customer service I received from Philly Luthier Tools was fantastic. I will definitely buy from these guys again!
