This tool is simple and makes the job of sizing nut and saddle blanks much easier along with trueing them up. We all know a properly sized and fitted nut or saddle is important to good tone. But getting something truly square is easier said than done. We’ve all used sandpaper and flat surfaces with varying results and getting something truly square is kind of hit or miss. Often times we settle for close. Getting the sides or bottom flat is rarely a issue. Getting them perfectly square to each other is a great deal harder. The NWT is dead simple. And dead flat. The machined surfaces will get you squared away in no time. It’s small enough to fit into a drawer or keep on the bench but also very heavy and stable and with its rubber feet it’s staying put on any surface. The Diamond abrasive sheets are dead flat and aggressive enough that your not bearing down nearly as hard as you would with sandpaper. So your not applying to much pressure and your work piece comes out flatter. And squarer. Faster. The first time. It’s a time saver that makes accuracy easier. Get it right the first time. Hoscos Diamond tools are some of the finest out there and while not cheap this tools going to pay for itself fairly quickly in both time and reduced scrappage.

And it’s dead simple to use. No set up. No measuring. No calibrating. Just sand and fit your piece. Done.
