This is nuts! In a really good way.
SO MUCH EASIER! This rule has made string spacing at the nut so much easier. I can mark the positions of strings 6 and1, then line up the rule and mark away. I have a bit wider string setup for some of the bigger fingered folks and this takes all the 64ths right out of it. Just pick your boarders and find what fits, then go for it. It’s a must have for the shop!

This layout tool is exactly what is needed for nut- and bridge-string layouts. Straight forward to use, very reasonably priced. Came with a Slight Bend
Mine came with a bit of a bend to it but doesn't seem to affect anything. Flexible ruler, easy to read, will get used a lot.

Excellent Tool
This is an excellent tool, it is long and hard. This is indispensable for crafting new nuts from blanks. The steel is flexible enough to bend over a radiused nut, and all of the slots are accurate. I highly recommend this nut tool for string spacing.
